Documents Required at the time of Admission

1.Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B) issued by Municipal Corporation of respective state.
2.Passport size photo of parents and child.
3.ID’s copy for sibling proof.
4.Proof of Alumni
5.Affidavit of first born child.
6.Any one of the following as Valid Address Proof-

a) Ration Card issued in the name of parent. (With child’s name)

b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parent.

c) Voter-ID card (EPIC) of any of the parent.

d) Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in name of parent or child.
